Visioning Publishers LLC dba “Fear of Falling Again” aims to ensure you are fully satisfied with the digital and non-digital products and services we provide. By downloading any of our products and services whether digital or non-digital you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Account Registration and Security

To access certain features or make a purchase, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Limitation of Liability

FearofFallingAgain.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our digital products or services.

Use of Our Digital Products

These products are intended for personal use only, unless otherwise specified for commercial use with a purchased commercial license.

  • Personal Use License: Unless a commercial license is purchased, the digital products available on [Your Website Name] are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, modify, or create derivative works for commercial purposes.
  • Commercial Use License: If a commercial license is purchased, it allows for the use of the digital product in a commercial setting, subject to the terms outlined in the specific license agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

All digital products, content, and materials available on FearofFallingAgain.com are the exclusive property of FearofFallingAgain.com and its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Purchases and Refund Policy

Digital Products: Once a digital product has been purchased we are unable to provide a refund for the whole or part of the product received.

Non-Digital Products: We are happy to offer a full refund or replacement on any non-digital product within 30 days if:

  • The product is damaged on delivery
  • The product is the incorrect size
  • The product is not what you expected.

Returns must be made within 30 days of date of purchase.

Shipping and Handling of Returns: If a product arrives in a damaged condition the shipping of the return will be paid for by Fear of Falling Again. Shipping of the replacement will be at no-cost to the customer.

For any other return shipping will be paid for by the customer.

Refunds on Memberships or Programs paid for monthly: For programs that require a monthly payment plan and do not allow access to the digital materials before delivery of each stage of the program, the customer can stop the monthly payments after providing a 7 day notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
